This photo was one of my favorites because of the intense nature that it captures on the conflict. The protesters are fairly outnumbered and outmatched, and it is clear of the origin of the spray. |

There are numerous iconic images of New York City involving the Two Towers, as well as their destruction, then absence. The light that was projected in the picture attempts to pay homage to the image of the city before the attack. |

This photo is a very colorful photo, as well as an interesting capture of action. I really liked this photo because of the mid-jump capture, and all the people stationed to catch the man there. |

Foster the People's song Pumped Up Kicks was #13 on the Billboard Music Charts. I chose this song because I personally enjoy the song the most out of the other hits, that are dominated by a grand total of 10 artists themselves, each artist having practically their whole album on the chart. I'm not bitter, I just wish the hits were more diverse. |

My situation with the top 100 movies is the opposite than the top 100 songs. As opposed to hearing or knowing of at least 60 percent of the songs, I knew very little of the films on this list. I haven't even seen Moneyball all the way through, but the bit that I have seen was a prime success and an excellent depiction of the baseball story. |

The death of Steve Jobs was near and shouldn't be a surprise, but that doesn't detract from sense of loss when he passed. He helped changed much from industry such as computing, portable media players and media markets. iTunes is the most used digital market on the web, with many competitors, it still remains as the powerhouse. I chose this news story because it plagued much of the news networks and the internet itself for a long while. |

Mark Zuckerberg might have done most of his influential work on Facebook and social networking in 2010, but 2011 was no different with his influence. Continually he adds to the features of Facebook, all to the varying reviews, but its all for the eventual improvement of the site. |

This is the most ridiculous entertainment story I could think of off the top of my head. I don't much care for entertainment news and the lives of easy-famed gained celebrities, but the story of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries immediately comes to mind. With in a few months, they had arranged a divorce, even after a large, expensive romantic wedding, they still got divorced with in 80 days. |

My Holiday
1) On New Years Eve I attended a party at my long time friend's house. It was great fun, with many people of which I had known. Fireworks and a quick jump into the pool for my buddies composed my first hour of New Year bliss. I also had an enjoyable Christmas with my family, getting to view Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows, but the more memorable events lie with my girlfriend and my good friends.
2) For 2012, I want to hone in on my life. My New Years resolutions are comprised of my music efforts: Create staple musical acts and begin to perform in my bands on a semi-regular basis. I also want to improve on my film and photography skills, as well as my acting ambition. Most of all though, I want get a job, obtain steady income, and stay generally busy while achieving success to a large degree, for all of my hobbies and ambitions.
3) I'm looking forward to new adventures that will inevitably come with being older, more independent, and more ambitious. Particularly, I look forward to the numerous musical opportunities that come with participating in two music projects. As well, I look forward to having my own income, working a bit and keeping up with school, all the while becoming a more outgoing person in order to branch out and enjoy what I can before life becomes slow again in my older days. Every year for a teenager/growing person is momentous in its own way, developing a different part of us.
